“MEDIATION – JOB CHANCE”
Project is funded by the European Social Fund in the Operational Programme “Human Resources and Employment” in the Call no. 77 issued by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs in support of international cooperation.
Project includes following activities which take place in the regions kraj Královéhradecký, Pardubický, Vysočina a Jihomoravský:
A) 3 Pilot Educational Courses
- Course for Informer on Mediation
- Course for Assistant of a Mediator
- Course for Specialist of Mediation
intended for the following target groups of persons who are disadvantaged in the labour market :
- men and women 50+
- parents of small children
- unemployed persons
Attendance of Pilot Educational Courses is free of charge for the target groups. The aim of the participants of Courses is to gain skills in the field of mediation itself, as well as in promoting mediation in order to acquire better position on the labour market.
B) METHODICAL GUIDE “Mediation is when ….” with 4 promotional leaflets in enclosure
intended to be used especially by community educational and cultural officers and employment agency officers
C) 4 Discussion “Round Tables” held at the towns Vysoké Mýto, Křtiny u Brna, Hradec Králové and Brno, for the following target groups:
- officers of local and regional administrative bodies
- local NGOs
- officers of local and regional Employment Agencies
D) International Conference on Effective Communication in Public Administration held at Křtiny u Brna for all the target groups listed above
E) Promotional Workshop on Mediation held in Prague for the following target group:
